Take your seasonal matchday experience to the next level with an executive hospitality package in the stadium restaurant, available for individuals and groups alike and matchday hospitality includes the following benefits:

• Access to your place/table up to 3 hours before kick-off
• Saturday fixtures include the big screen and TV screens throughout the restaurant showing the early afternoon kick-off on either Sky Sports or BT Sport
• Pre-match Q&A’s with special guests on occasion throughout the season
• Post-match meet and greet with players and management on occasion throughout the season
• Digital copy of the matchday programme in advance of the fixture
• Complimentary team sheet on matchday
• Tile Choice Stand tickets and reserved car parking
• Pre-match 2 course hospitality with an option to increase to 3 course (dessert) for an extra £6 per person and half-time refreshments for a further additional £6 per person.

Executive Hospitality Packages for the 2023-2024 including your season ticket is £956 per person.

Prices for matchday hospitality, alongside your matchday ticket on a match-by-match basis are:

• 2 course pre-match hospitality is £54 per adult and £40 per under-12
• 3 course pre-match hospitality is £61 per adult and £43.50 per under-12
• 3 course pre-match hospitality plus half-time refreshments is £67 per adult and £46.50 per under-12

3^rd course upgrade and half-time refreshments can be added on the day for an additional fee

N.B. Matchday hospitality has to be booked a minimum of 2 working days in advance of a matchday, although upgrades to 3 course or half-time refreshments on a 2 course booking can be taken on the matchday itself.

An Executive Box offers panoramic views of the pitch to watch the match and an exclusive hospitality experience for colleagues, clients or family and friends.

Available on a seasonal basis (subject to availability), the Executive Box provides the following:

• Up to 10 guests in total (including host)
• Access to the box up to 3 hours before kick-off and 1 hour after the final whistle
• Flat screen TV showing BT Sport or Sky Sports
• A matchday programme and team sheet for all guests
• Waiter/waitress service for refreshments pre-kick-off, at half-time and after the game
• Opportunity to include pre-match hospitality in the stadium restaurant on a seasonal or match-by-match basis

Pre-Season

• Meet and Greet with the Chairman, Manager and Captain

Matchday

• A ticket to every Walsall FC home fixture during the season including all friendlies and cup fixtures
• Access to the lounge and its bar up to 3 hours before kick-off and 1 hour after the final whistle
• Complimentary matchday programme – a digital version can be sent in advance of matchday if requested
• A leather padded seat in the 1888 Enclosure within the stadium bowl to watch the match
• Pre-match Q&A with special guests on occasion throughout the season
• Half-time refreshments
• Dedicated car-parking
• Post-match interview with Man of the Match
• Opportunity to book pre-match hospitality in the restaurant in the Bonser Suite in advance of a fixture (booking deadlines will apply) or incorporate pre-match hospitality into a season ticket price

Non-Matchday

• Invitation to the Chairman’s Dinner held during the season plus a complimentary additional guest (e.g. 2 x 1888 Lounge pass holders can get another 2 x invitations if desired)
• 1 x open training session, with breakfast rolls served in the 1888 Lounge
• 1 x away match trip including travel
• 10% discount on all items sold within the club shop – in store only
• 10% discount on places or tables for sporting dinners facilitated during the year

Fees

1. An individual 1888 Lounge ticket will cost £1,288 for an adult and £644 for a junior (a junior is regarded as aged between 4 and 16 years old)
2. 2 course pre-match hospitality can be added for the season
3. In addition, there is a Family Bundle available that covers 2 x adults and 2 x juniors for £2,820 or a Business Bundle that covers 4 x adults for £3,890 (N.B. neither bundle fee quoted is inclusive of matchday hospitality and to receive the Business Bundle, you must have a registered business).
